Shipping Policy
At Aaryavedic Essentials, we offer free shipping on all orders in India.
We partner only with trusted courier services and India Speed Post to ensure safe and reliable deliveries. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines mentioned in your order confirmation, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to reasons such as unserviceable pin codes, inaccessible delivery areas, or force majeure events, we will notify you promptly, cancel the order, and initiate a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations requested before dispatch will incur a 10% deduction as transaction fees.
For cancellations after dispatch, kindly refuse the order at delivery. Once our courier partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated,” we will process your cancellation and refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Replacement Policy
We ensure that every order is packed with care and undergoes multiple levels of quality checks before dispatch. Despite this, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement.
Replacement is available only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof of damage/defect (clear photos and/or videos of the product, outer packaging with shipping label, and invoice slip) is required for processing the replacement.
If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
