Refund & Replacement Policy

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch with a 10% deduction as transaction fees. To request a cancellation, please email us at aaryavedicessentials@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 working hours.
For cancellations after dispatch, kindly inform us of the reason for cancellation and refuse the delivery when the courier arrives. Once the shipment status is updated as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacements for Damaged Products
While we take utmost care in packing each order, rare instances of damage may occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Share clear photos and/or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and invoice.


Eligible damages for replacement include:
Water damage to packaging
Broken jar or torn Jar.
Tampered or opened seal
We will either provide a replacement or initiate a refund for eligible claims.
Replacements for Incorrect or Missing Items


Although all orders are carefully checked before dispatch, in the rare case of a wrong or missing item:


Notify us at aaryavedicessentials@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Include photos and videos of the package, shipping label, invoice, and product.
We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.


Returns
Returns are not accepted for products delivered without any damage or defect due to our strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Products will only be eligible for returns if they are damaged in transit, have manufacturing defects, or are incorrectly shipped.
Important:
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal is broken, or the serial number has been tampered with.
Once returned products are inspected and the claim is validated, a replacement or refund will be issued.
If the return is not eligible, the request will be declined.
Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment source within 7 working days after approval.
