Shipping Policy
At Aaryavedic Essentials, we provide free shipping on all orders of ₹550 and above.
We work only with reliable courier partners and India Speed Post to ensure smooth deliveries. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time mentioned at checkout, delays caused by courier services or factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.
In rare situations where delivery is not possible due to service unavailability, inaccessible locations, or force majeure events, we will inform you promptly, cancel the order, and process a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled before dispatch will incur a 10% deduction as transaction charges.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refuse the package at delivery. Once the courier updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, your cancellation will be processed and a refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns & Replacement Policy
All our products undergo multiple quality checks and secure packaging before dispatch, making chances of damage minimal. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement guarantee.
Products are eligible for replacement only in case of manufacturing defects, physical damage during transit, or wrong product delivery.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof of defect/damage (photos and/or videos of the outer packaging, shipping label, invoice, and the product) is required.
If a replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds and returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Damaged product received during transit.
Manufacturing defects.
Incorrect product shipped.
Important Notes:
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at aaryavedicessentials@gmail.com along with photo/video evidence.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, seal broken, or tampered with.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed if the claim is valid.
If not eligible, the request will be declined and no refund/replacement will be provided.
For online payments, refunds will be made to the original source (bank, card, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days after approval.
Currency & Transactions
All payments on our website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
